Health, Dental and Vision:
We offer our employees a choice of major medical plan coverages: Employee only, Employee and Spouse, or Employee and Family. We offer three affordable plans through UnitedHealthcare - two HSA eligible plans and a PPO plan. Benefits are available on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment or at open enrollment for full-time employees working a minimum of 32 hours per week for Peace River Center. We also offer a dental and vision plan through Cigna.

Basic Life Insurance:
Peace River Center provides all active employees working 32 hours or more per week, life insurance coverage calculated at 1 times their annual salary, rounded to the next highest $1, 000.00. The maximum benefit is $250,000. This is provided at no cost to the employee.

Voluntary Supplemental Policies:
Employees who want to supplement their insurance benefits may purchase additional coveragel: Short Term Disability, Accident Care, Cancer Security, Critical Illness Insurance, Medical Bridge, Universal Life Insurance and Term Life through Colonial Supplemental Insurance.

Long Term Disability:
Peace River Center provides full time employees with long-term disability income benefits, and pays 75% of this coverage. The employee must be totally disabled for 90 days, able to provide medical evidence, and under a doctor's care.

Retirement Plan (VALIC):
Defined Contribution Plan with VALIC (403) (b). Employees have the opportunity to contribute a percentage of their salary into the retirement plan.
